You may submit a cancellation notice in writing to Sharon@iaem.com by 11:59 pm Eastern Time on October 23, 2026 to receive a refund minus a $75 cancellation processing fee. We regret we cannot refund any fees as of October 24, 2026, as we must submit complete commitments for facilities, materials, and meals. If we do not hear from you by October 23, 2026, we will assume you will participate and will incur costs on your behalf. A cancellation confirmation will be sent acknowledging receipt. Therefore, if you do not cancel, your registration fees are due even if you do not attend.
