Zuzzette Bricker, CEM, is an emergency management professional with more than 20 years of experience in preparedness, response, recovery, mitigation, training, and exercises. Her career has included leadership roles in county government, municipal government, healthcare, critical infrastructure, and tribal government.
She currently serves as Emergency Services Coordinator for the Pechanga Fire Department and is Vice Chair of the IAEM Tribal Caucus and Vice Chair of the Riverside County Emergency Management Association (RCEMA). She is also a member of the Riverside County All-Hazards Type 3 Incident Management Team and an adjunct professor of emergency management and homeland security at Moreno Valley College.
A Certified Emergency Manager (CEM), Bricker is dedicated to advancing the profession through education, mentoring, collaboration, and community resilience initiatives. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Criminal Justice with a concentration in emergency management.
