Larissa Chiari-Keith (MPH) is the CEO of Alala Advisors, LLC which provides homeland security, public health, and emergency preparedness planning solutions to public, private, and non-profit organizations. She is an award-winning consultant with 20+ years of experience working at the intersection of public health and homeland security. She is immediate past-president of California Women in Homeland Security, a non-profit professional organization. Currently, Larissa is the Southern California State Coordinator for the Western Regional Alliance for Pediatric Emergency Management and the Liaison between the Pediatric Disaster Centers of Excellence and the Pediatric Pandemic Network.
