Kevin Wickersham, MS, CEM is the IAEM-USA Region 10 President and has more than 15 years of emergency management experience across higher education, healthcare, and public health. He currently serves as the Response Section Manager for the Washington State Emergency Management Division, where he oversees the State Emergency Operations Center, the State Warning Point, the State Search and Rescue Program, and coordination of statewide incident management capabilities. Kevin has served on multiple Incident Management Teams, including the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Incident Management Team, where he serves as a Planning Section Chief, and he holds qualifications as an All-Hazards Type 3 Incident Commander. He has extensive experience managing Emergency Operations Centers as an EOC Manager and Director and is a designated Deputy State Coordinating Officer for Washington State. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from Boston College and a Master's degree in Healthcare Emergency Management from the Boston University School of Medicine. He is also a graduate of FEMA's Advanced Academy and Executive Academy.
