Ms. Infante (Moore) is the Principal Emergency Management Consultant for Arcadis and is a Master Exercise Practitioner. She is a subject matter expert for the Arcadis North America's Resilience Sector and is responsible for leading emergency management and preparedness projects. With more than 21 years in the field, Sarah has extensive experience in planning, operations, logistics, response, and recovery working at the federal, state, regional, and local levels across the United States. She supported response efforts to hundreds of disasters including Hurricanes Katrina and Sandy, Presidential Inaugurations for Obama and Biden, and the East Palestine, Ohio Train Derailment. Her experience also includes catastrophic planning, gap analysis, security, emergency power, training, and exercises for all levels of organizations and complexities.
