Christy Ciccotelli earned a Bachelor of Science in Community Health Education in 2002 and a Master of Science in Crisis and Emergency Management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2022. In 2022, Christine joined the Clark County Fire Department with the Office of Emergency Management. Christine's current role as Public Outreach and Volunteer Coordinator at the City of Henderson's Department of Emergency Management, Division of Emergency Preparedness, began in October 2023. In this capacity, Christine is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with community members, organizations, and volunteers to enhance the city's emergency preparedness efforts. She coordinates public outreach initiatives and works to increase community awareness of emergency management best practices. In February 2024, Christine was appointed Vice President of the Nevada Emergency Preparedness Association (NEPA), and she earned the designation of Associate Emergency Manager (AEM) from the International Association of Emergency Managers (IAEM).
