Elizabeth Melton, CEM, PMP, CGMS, is a Senior Manager in the Government & Public Sector Advisory practice at CohnReznick Advisory LLC and an emergency management and disaster recovery leader with more than a decade of experience helping communities navigate and maximize FEMA-funded programs. She advises state and local governments on Public Assistance, Hazard Mitigation, and Individual Assistance, guiding clients through the full lifecycle of disaster recovery to secure and retain critical funding. Elizabeth has supported federally declared disasters in South Carolina, Hawaii, Alaska, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Georgia, Texas, and Florida, bringing a national perspective to complex recovery challenges. She holds a Master of Science in Emergency Management and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Maryland and is an active member of the South Carolina and National Emergency Management Associations.
