Christine joined Airbnb in 2019 and now serves as Director of Global Programs & Operations at Airbnb.org, where she leads efforts to scale the organization’s global mission to provide emergency housing in times of crisis. She previously led supply quality and operations across Airbnb’s Stays and Experiences businesses.
Christine brings deep expertise in operational excellence and a track record of building and scaling complex, mission-driven initiatives. Prior to Airbnb, she played a key role in launching and operationalizing Mattel’s licensing business and entertainment studio.
She also serves on the boards of Habitat for Humanity Los Angeles and Women in Animation, advancing work in housing security and representation in the entertainment industry. Outside of work, she enjoys food, travel, the written word, and Shaolin kung fu.
Before joining Airbnb.org in 2023, Christoph spent more than a decade as the chief global water officer of charity: water, where he oversaw the organization's expansion in 22 countries and helped provide clean water to over fifteen million people. Prior, Christoph spent fourteen years at Americares, leading disaster response operations and managing large-scale healthcare programs around the world.
Christoph grew up in the Central African Republic and Nigeria, and currently lives in Utah with his wife and two children.
