Jennifer Talarico is a Program Analyst in the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Office of Disaster Recovery and Resilience. She is a trusted expert in rural disaster initiatives, collaborating closely with USDA’s Farm Service Agency, the Federal Emergency Management Agency, the National Emergency Management Association, and other federal, state, and local partners.
