Brittany Kelly is a Senior Manager in CohnReznick’s Government and Public Sector Advisory Practice with more than 12 years of experience in emergency management, grant management, and program implementation. She has supported billion-dollar federally funded programs across Georgia, Hawaii, Iowa, Mississippi, South Carolina, and Texas, including hurricanes, floods, fires, ice storms, public health emergencies, and FMAGs. Before joining CohnReznick, Brittany served as Public Assistance Program Manager and State Public Assistance Officer for the South Carolina Emergency Management Division, coordinating disaster recovery projects from implementation through closeout. She has also supported HUD by providing technical assistance and training to Public Housing Authorities. Brittany holds a Master of Arts from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Arts from Neumann University.
