Shannon Duffy brings to the IAEM community her experience in emergency management, public health preparedness, and national security. Her professional background includes leading emergency preparedness initiatives, managing complex projects, delivering training programs, and facilitating multi-agency coordination across government, public health, and private-sector environments.
Shannon is dedicated to strengthening community resilience through strategic planning, data-informed decision-making, and collaborative emergency management approaches. She holds a Master of Arts from the Academy of International Disaster Preparedness at Florida International University and is currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Intelligence from the Institute of World Politics.
