Kasey is a seasoned security and emergency management leader with 25 years of distinguished expertise spanning criminal investigations, police intelligence, executive protection, and emergency/disaster response. Currently, he serves as the Business Resilience Program Manager, where he leads the agency's strategy ensuring the Bonneville Power Administration can operate effectively post catastrophic disaster.
Prior to this role, Kasey served with the Oregon Department of Emergency Management, notably acting as the Critical Infrastructure Branch Coordinator for the State Emergency Coordination Center during the historic 2020 Oregon wildfires. His foundational leadership was forged during a decorated 20-year career as a Special Agent with the U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Division (CID), where he conducted global law enforcement operations, threat finance activities, and mission assurance assessments.
An academic and credentialed practitioner, Kasey holds an Masters in Emergency and Disaster Management from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Warner Pacific University. He is also a Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) and Project Management Professional (PMP), blending strategic foresight with operational execution to help organizations navigate complex modern threat landscapes.
