Register Now Pay Later

Is your budget not approved yet? Are you not in a position to make a payment?

No worries, IAEM provides an option to register now and pay later. Select pay by “check” and lock in discounted early bird rates and seats in highly sought after training courses and optional activities.

Register now and follow these steps for making payment by “check”.

On the Purchase Summary page, click the button on the bottom right-hand side of the page “Pay by Check” as the form of payment.
Click Submit on the next page to complete your registration.
You will be brought to a confirmation page with the instructions on mailing in your check.
Please print this page or save for your records.
An email will also automatically be sent to you acknowledging your registration.
The email will include the following:

A link to edit your registration.
To pay by credit card later, use the link to edit your registration, then click the “Pay” button.
A list of hotels in the IAEM discounted room block with reservation links to book your accommodations directly.

Note you are liable for the amounts due when you register, unless you cancel in accordance with the IAEM cancellation policy.
