Todd DeVoe is an accomplished emergency management professional whose career provides a practical and informed perspective across emergency management, leadership, and policy advocacy. He currently serves as Emergency Management Program Manager for the City of Inglewood, where he leads critical preparedness efforts, including a refresh of the City's Emergency Operations Plan, as the city prepares for the World Cup, Super Bowl, Olympic Games, and other major events.Todd plays a significant role in advancing the emergency management profession. As 2nd Vice-President of IAEM, he has led initiatives to strengthen the field's voice in public policy. His leadership has helped influence legislative efforts to advocate for stronger funding and support.He also serves as editor-in-chief of The EMN newsletter, a leading professional resource, and has authored numerous white papers and studies. Todd holds a Master of Public Administration, a master's degree in Emergency Response and Risk Management, and is a graduate of the National Emergency Management Executive Academy. His work consistently emphasizes crisis leadership, resilience, sustainability, and innovation in emergency management.
